Free includes 20 voice logs each month, Pro 150 and Max 300 (about 5 and 10 a day). They reset on the monthly anniversary of your account. When they are used up, voice stops until that date. Add credits by upgrading to Pro or Max to continue right away, or wait for the reset. Typing your entries by hand is never limited.
Hearing replies read aloud in a natural voice is a separate allowance: about 12 replies a month on Pro and 24 on Max, counted by characters and renewing on the 1st. It is a text-to-speech service we pay for per use, so it is capped. When it is used up, or on Free, replies are read in your browser’s own voice. Speaking to the advisor has its own monthly allowance, shown above.

Questions, answered
How does billing work?
Paid plans are prepaid for one month or one year. Nothing renews by itself, and we never charge you again unless you send a new payment. Pay with bKash and we activate your plan once we have checked the transaction ID.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your account goes back to Free. Nothing you entered is deleted; features that belong to the paid plan switch off until you renew. Renew before it ends and the new period is added to the time you have left.
Is voice limited on Pro and Max?
Yes, and the limit is generous. Pro includes 150 voice logs a month and Max 300, about 5 and 10 a day. Entering money by hand, the clock, your history and your goals are never limited. Free includes 20 a month so you can try voice properly. Long talks, receipt scans and replies read aloud in a natural voice have their own monthly allowances (Pro about 12 replies, Max about 24). If you use one up, only that feature waits for the reset; everything else keeps working.
Can I switch plans?
Any time. Pay for the plan you want and its period starts from that payment. If you stay on the same plan, renewing adds to the time you have left.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are not refundable except where the law says otherwise. That is why Free lets you use the whole core of the product before you pay anything.
Is my data private?
We do not sell it or use it to train models. You can export or delete everything from your profile, turn on two-factor sign-in, and see who changed what in every shared book. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
Which currencies work?
Prices show in US dollars or taka, whichever you pick. Your books can use any currency: record a payment in euros and it is stored in your own base currency at your rate.
Where does the advice get its information?
From your own books first (including patterns in your own history), then from open public data: daily exchange rates (exchange-api), yearly inflation and bank interest rates (World Bank) and public holidays (Nager.Date). Our servers ask them for a currency or country code only. Nothing about you or your money is ever sent to them.
