Terms and Conditions
TimeIsMoney is a personal and project finance workspace operated by Rabbi Mehedi Ullah in Bangladesh. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the website, the app, voice and typed questions to the advisor, and related email. They apply wherever you access the service. A right that the law where you live says cannot be waived still applies to you.
These legal pages are published in English and Bangla. If the two versions differ, the English version controls. That includes visitors using French or Spanish on the rest of the site.
The service is a planning tool
TimeIsMoney helps you record cash, costs, dues, cards, projects, and runway time, prepare statements, invoices, and quotes from what you enter, and ask questions about those books by voice or by typing.
We are not a bank, wallet, payment processor, broker, accountant, tax agent, lawyer, or financial adviser. Figures, runway, transcripts, and advisor replies are estimates or drafts based on what you enter and what the tools return. They are not a promise of future cash, credit, tax treatment, investment results, or legal compliance. You are responsible for your own records, filings, and decisions.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract where you live. If you use TimeIsMoney for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Anyone who meets that standard may create an account. We may refuse, limit, or close an account that breaks these terms, creates risk, or must be closed by law. A seat on someone else’s project still requires that person’s invitation.
Your account
Keep your password confidential and tell us if you believe someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your login.
The details you give us must be accurate. We may suspend an account that is misleading, unused in a way that creates risk, or used in breach of these terms.
What you enter
You keep ownership of the finance records, business details, client details, logos, and documents you submit. You give us permission to host, display, back up, and process that material so we can run the service for you.
You must have the right to upload that material, including anything you say in a voice turn. Do not enter another person’s information unless you have a lawful reason and, where required, their notice or consent. You are the controller of client, seat, and business data you add. We host and process it on your instructions.
When you use voice or ask the advisor, you instruct us to send that turn to the provider named in the Privacy Policy so we can transcribe it and draft a reply. That send includes the audio clip when you speak, the text of the turn, recent messages in that topic, the brief saved on your profile, and a summary of the books needed to answer.
Projects and seats
A project book is separate from personal finances. People you invite to a project can see and change that project’s finance data, within the seat limits of your plan. They do not receive your personal book.
You are responsible for who you invite and for removing a seat when access should end. Invitees must accept these terms to join.
Invoices and businesses
Invoices, quotes, and statements are documents you generate. We are not a party to your contracts with clients. You are responsible for their accuracy, taxes, and for sending them only to the right people.
Voice and the advisor
You may speak or type. A spoken turn sends a short audio clip to OpenAI so we can write down what you said. We do not keep that audio file after the turn is processed. Live captions that your browser recognises stay on your device until you send the turn. The transcript, your question, and the reply are stored on your account as a topic until you delete that topic or delete the account. On Pro and Max, you can have a reply read aloud in a natural voice: the text of that reply is sent to OpenAI to make the audio, which plays on your device and is not stored by us. Without that, or when your monthly allowance is used up, replies are read by your browser’s own voice on your device.
The advisor reads the books you have entered and any brief you save in profile, then drafts an answer in the style of the question. It may suggest a cash move or a repeating cost. It does not add those records unless you confirm them in the product. If you ask how to earn more or save more, it may draft a short set of suggestions from those figures. You can save that set. Saving it does not change your books, and it is still not professional financial advice. A brief is saved only when you say something the advisor is asked to remember, and you can edit or clear it in profile.
The advisor is a planning aid inside this product. It is not a person and it is not a licensed financial, tax, legal, or investment adviser. Answers can be incomplete or wrong, including amounts and dates. Do not rely on a reply for a filing, a loan, a payment to someone else, or a purchase until you have checked it against your own records.
Free accounts include a limited number of voice logs. Paid plans include the allowance shown on the pricing page. A typed question uses a log in the same way as a spoken one. We count a log only after a turn is successfully answered. We may refuse a turn that is outside the service or that would break these terms.
Moderators can read advisor topics to investigate abuse, to answer a support request you made, or where the law requires it. You can read, rename, and delete your own topics.
Plans and payments
Paid plans and voice-log allowances are described on the pricing page. A guest can switch the price label between US dollars and taka. That switch changes the display only. Paying with bKash charges the taka amount shown for that plan. A plan change is applied after we verify the payment reference you submit, such as a bKash transaction id.
A paid plan runs for the month or year you pay for. If you do not renew it, the account returns to the Free plan when that period ends. Nothing you entered is deleted, but features that belong to the paid plan are unavailable until you renew. Renewing before the end adds the new period to the time you have left.
Fees are for access to the software. They are not a deposit with a bank and they do not buy a regulated financial product. Unless a mandatory consumer law says otherwise, fees already verified are not refundable. We may change prices for future periods and will show the new price before you pay it. Statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived still apply where you live.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. That includes breaking the law, infringing someone else’s rights, probing or disrupting the system, uploading malware, scraping in a way that degrades the service, or using another person’s account without authority.
Do not use TimeIsMoney to hide the source of funds, to deceive a client, or to store data you have no right to hold.
Our intellectual property
The TimeIsMoney name, interface, copy, and software are ours or our licensors’. These terms do not sell you that property. We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the service while your account is in good standing.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, uninterrupted access, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. In those places, this section applies only as far as the law allows, and statutory rights remain.
We do not warrant that runway, burn, statements, transcripts, advisor replies, or exports are free of error. Check anything you rely on for a filing, a loan, a payment, or a client.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were advised it was possible.
Our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for TimeIsMoney in that period, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that exclusion is prohibited.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your invitations, your invoices, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our own legal fault.
Ending access
You may stop using TimeIsMoney at any time. You can delete your account from Profile. That deletion is described in the Data Storage Terms. We may suspend or close access if we reasonably believe these terms were broken, if we must do so by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your cash activity where the service is still available.
Sections that should survive ending, including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity, remain in force.
International use
The service is operated from Bangladesh and may be used from other countries. You are responsible for complying with local law where you live, including rules on recording your own voice and on storing other people’s information.
If a consumer-protection, privacy, or other rule in your country cannot be waived, that rule still applies to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights that a statute says cannot be limited. Where a local law requires a dispute to be heard in your home forum, that requirement stands.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer forum in your country has jurisdiction that we cannot exclude.
We would rather resolve a problem directly. Contact us before starting a formal claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. If a change is material, we will post it on this page and, where practical, notify the email on your account. Continuing to use TimeIsMoney after the effective date means you accept the update. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Contact
Write from the email on your account. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act. We answer within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires it.
